The Lettuce Eating Club at the University of Washington

This is a group of fun-loving lettuce eaters who care about the environment. We meet once a quarter and have a fun lettuce eating event in which everyone competes to see who can eat their head of iceberg lettuce the fastest. The one who completes this challenge is crowned the King or Queen of Lettuce and shall be responsible for, with the help of the Tribunal of Lettuce Eaters, setting up the next meeting. Along with Lettuce eating, we advocate for climate justice in the community through collaborations with other RSOs
